AgentMinds is a B2B SaaS platform providing access to AI-powered marketing and sales agents. The platform allows users to generate content, conduct research, and automate marketing workflows using large language models. All outputs are AI-generated and should be reviewed by a human before publishing or sending.
You agree not to use AgentMinds to generate spam, misleading content, illegal material, or content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the platform or its AI agents. AgentMinds is intended for legitimate business marketing and sales purposes only.
Content generated by AgentMinds agents is produced by AI and may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before use. AgentMinds does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content for any particular purpose.
AgentMinds offers Free, Starter, Growth, and Power plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. Run limits reset each billing cycle. Payments are processed manually via UPI or bank transfer. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
You retain ownership of any content you input into AgentMinds. AI-generated outputs are provided to you for your use, subject to any limitations imposed by the underlying AI model providers. AgentMinds retains all rights to the platform, brand, and underlying technology.
AgentMinds is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentMinds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
